We are a CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance Gym.
CrossFit XT incorporates the CrossFit Methodology into all of our daily programming and classes. We focus on functional movements that relate to real life and sports performance. Our athletes are coached to execute these movements at high level of intensity that is guaranteed to yield results. Our coaches are dedicated to creating a fitter, healthier, goal driven community. Our diverse community includes a variety of first responders, teachers, students, moms, grandparents and teens. The workouts are scalable for all populations regardless of size, age or experience.
Our training methods and programs are client specific, taking into account all variables that affect one’s training and physical fitness.
