Our CrossFit classes are limited to 10 people allowing our coach to give more one-on-one attention to our athletes. Small classes ensure that athletes are learning and executing the movements correctly and safely. Expect to stretch, warm up, participate in either a skill or a strength and a WOD (Workout of the Day). Our WODs focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.
Weightlifting and CrossFit are a match made in heaven. In our weightlifting program you will masters the fundamentals and basics of positioning and technique in order to achieve your full potential as a weightlifter. The snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to strength training.
CFXT’s Barbell Class is a comprehensive strength and conditioning class that focuses on becoming stronger at “the big three” lifts…Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Essentially a Powerlifting class/program that helps our members reach their maximum strength potential. We also have a competitive aspect to our barbell program, The Strength Unit, made up of members that want to compete at Powerlifting meets.
Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.
CFXT’s BOOTCAMP also known as XT FIT is a high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative strength and conditioning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands and body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.
